Indian government ignores Imran Khan at oath taking ceremony of PM Modi

The government of India has decided that Imran Khan would not be invited for the oath taking ceremony of Narendra Modi on May 30, 2019.

Foreign news agency quoting sources at Indian External Affairs Ministry reported “Pakistani PM Imran Khan will not be invited for the oath taking ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday.”

PM Imran Khan telephoned on sunday to PM Narendra Modi and congratulated him on his victory in the Lokh Sabha polls.PM Imran Khan also desires during conversation that both the countries have to work together for the betterment of their people.

Earlier PM Imran Khan congratulated PM Modi when the victory of BJP party was announced in his tweet he said “I congratulate Prime Minister Modi on the electoral victory of BJP and allies. Look forward to working with him for peace, progress and prosperity in South Asia.”
