Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has given the task to Sindh Governor Imran Ismail to convince Najeeb Haroon to withdraw his resignation.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has given the task to Sindh Governor Imran Ismail to convince Najeeb Haroon to withdraw his resignation.
Najeeb Haroon was Pakistan Tehreek Insaf(PTI) elected member from NA-256 and now he resigned because of the lack of funds for his constituency.
Earlier in the day, Najeeb Haroon tweeted “I tender my resignation with a very heavy heart.”
“It has been 20 months and has not been able to improve either my constituency or my hometown Karachi in good conscience cannot justify being in this position,” he said
Najeeb Haroon was PTI’s elected member from NA-256, he had defeated Jammat-e-Islami’s Dr. Meraj Ul Huda Siddiqui and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan’s candidate Amir Wali Uddin Chishti who secured 22,364 and 45,575 votes respectively.
